Some might say the term Ultimate is something I don't understand. But a great man told me once, all things will change except for the word change itself. So here I go again getting myself some new toys to play with during the CNY holiday. The 2 phones is a keeper. Why... well its a Nokia E71. This ultimate is best at all things. 1 flaws is the camera should be better. The quality of the pictures taken is like ....err... bad. The battery life is good. The OS is stable. The phones just rocks. The sound is GOOD. Loves the sound. The other one is the Blackberry BOLD 9000. The phone is also an ultimate. Sounds and Video is amazing. Better gazillions times than Iphones . Only flaws... the camera and the sync. Very troublesome. !!! So my quest still continue. To find the all time ULTIMATE phone.

The CNY came so fast this time. It sits in the mid of Jan and it just blew like hurricane Katrina. Anyway, we manage to keep spending to a minimum following the trend to save up and be ready for the global econs thingy. Even the roasted pig is shrink to half compare with last year and partly not cook . Probably the cook decides to go with the green environment and saves on fossil gas or something. Manage to buy some banned fire cracker that last weekend and my brother bought a big box of it too. Last night we literally lite up the sky in Batu Feringhi . It was fun. Kind of remind me of my childhood . Well, we woke half the neighbour but i think its all worth it. I told myself that I will NOT be taking holidays the day after the "tee kong " praying. So here I am. Looks like half the office didn't turn up. I remember the Managers didn't have a great meeting yesterday, well...that part I will put up in future. So to the year of the OX, hope all well for the year!...

In my job I have deal with so many Managers and Staff that I intent to write a book over how to Manage people. Or maybe I can do a seminar or motivational type of speaker. Yes... that is an idea worth to do. Can charge organisation and even be hired as a consultant for companies. The truth is, managing people is the most challenging jobs in the world. Especially in a marketing and sales line. Managing people has a sets of guidelines . It has no boundaries and do not tell you what to do first and next and so on. It's different from any part of jobs or industry. In development, or construction, there is a set of guideline and things to do. Even a mechanic also has their set of things to checks first if an engine do not start. Management is a true beauty of skills and a worthy Manager do not have to be so preoccupied with work of he knows how to manage the staff. There is this Manager once told me, we as managers do not manage people but we just merely manages their emotion. Why? ...

This is the new 2009 E- Class. Finally they have dropped the theme of round lights and replacing with something.... errr ... new. The overall size is kind of unchanged and we can still see they have kept the platform as E Class as possible . Its not revolutionary . Not like the BMW 5 Series. But ...will see how it hoes.

As we near the closing of 2008, I cant stop thinking what I have done for the 2008 and what's missing or things not done, or thngs that are should not be done the way i done it. And as it draws nearer, i cant get the feeling that, there is so much more that i could have done for this year. The idea of a new year is always very interesting and full of dreams and confidence and when it nears to the end, you get the funny feeling that we have done our best. And once its at the end, we just feel like ...okok.. we will postpone it to next year. Well... this is where i draw lines. So here is my 3rd day in the last month and what else that i need to do. Hmm... I will do the list .. 1. Quit Smoking 2. Obtain another business 3. Open another office. Hmmm... end up closing 3 and open 2. So kind of a negative 1. 4. Learn new skills in business. hmm... no still same 5. Have a solid retirement plan, hmmm... no no that cant do for now. 6. Go holiday. Hmmm,... fuck it! 7. Dont change...
