Ohh no... I saw some mold looking and so I climb up a ladder and started touching it, OMG I poke a hole in my plaster ceiling. Now there is a hole.  Aparently, the previous owner did the design in a way that my 1st Floor master room aircond piping went below and accross the house. Its concele. Last 4 weeks ago, in midnight, my room aircond started dripping water. And guess what..... the effect is as per the pictures. 

I just cannot stand the F&^%king KL ppl and with their roads and the jams. CRAZY!!!!

YUMMY!! Last weekend I decided to try to do myself a chang. I personally fix myself one from scratch. Well my mom help of coz, but me did the working. hehehe. Very nice. One of the good thing of having to do your own is you can put what you like more and dont put any of the thing you dont. 

OMG .... I just realise that the first half of the year is ending. Time fly so fast that NOW we don't even see how fast we are going and what have we actually accomplished . It's scary to know that as of end of June, we have only another 182 days left before we all closed the book on 2009.  So far what have I and the team of people actually achieved? That is the question where I find it very hard to answer. Well that is business wise.... but, in my family wise... well Alexander is growing up ...fast.  So this is a wake up call for myself. Stop messing around and move it.  We have 182 days left!!!!

Hmmm ... so far I think the movie was a bit like, The National Treasure staring Nicholas Cage. Its quite similar this time round rather than the previous ones " DaVinci Code"  The movie is like more than 2 hours and even it is long, the suspense and thriller keep waking you up. Apart from the soundtrack which I personally feel very inspiring, the movie is just ... so so.  For those that don't understand the Christianity and the Vatican, its going to be a problem.

I bought mine at 1600 and sold it for 1500 and got out RM100.00 for trading.  One thing about this new toy is the camera is fantastic. Its 5MP and the quality is superb. So far the only thing I dont like it is still the sound. They still cant make the sound quality as good as Nokia or SE. Other than that, there is NOT much you can say much. It has practically everything. wifi, 3G, GPS, and many more.  Here are some pic I took with it. Compare my E71 with Samsung Omnia.... well... you get the picture!!!

We keep hearing in news lately in Malaysia and also many new bankers started using this KPI as a term used to measure performance on certain department, person or company. But funny thing on this subject is, we started using KPI in 2004. I think the first person to mention this to me is Mr. Peter Yap. Then Danny started quoting and it was in 2006 that I started realizing the very importance of a KPI. Hmmm... it took me 2 years to actually learn and understand this. And the game continues. Hmm ... Here some pic of Alex with his 2 cousins. OMG ... making things worst now they have a swimming pool (kiddie ones) and been hearing want to go yer yer house everyday from Alex.  Err... the black tape is actually a black tape preventing the water from leaking.  Overall it was a day of fun and excitement for the kids. Will have to do this again and again... and soon.
