It has been months and I might say a year since the last time I stand in front of my sales people and say something. I always been close communications with my Managers that I have lost my connections with the ground people. The people that went to the battle field. And today, I learn many things. One is .... the main part is.... I STILL GOT IT!!!. Well enough of this. 2 is... my koop manager SUCKS! I am not sure how he does the training but the announcement of this "TEST CELL" he failed at it.  Why? Simple, if you leave it to the Managers to do it, then dont expect much. But this time is freaking sucks. So middle of the presentation I took over. Does not look good for him but who cares! I am going back to BASIC. The grassroots. And I find that they are good people. I mean the sales people. Few look like they know what they are selling but 2 looks totally blur. Anyway, by the end of the thing, I had them in my hands.  Nothing to be happy yet. Still lots of work to be done.

Well, this is a great movie. You will laugh hard and all the way. I mean I laugh so hard that my Nescafe came out of my nose. The movie will make you feel that there is another side of the story that the director and writer are hiding. Check it out. :) all the way!

This is the latest movie staring the one and only Robin Williams. Its a different kind of movie. The movie where after you watch it, you will realize the true love of a dad. Well in short, he has a pain the a$$ son and when the son died .... well... see the movie and you will know.

He just crack up when you on the ball.

Here is something you dont see everyday. He is either hungry and praying for his food to come faster or.... well...

I think many of us in Malaysia miss this movie. I cant remember it came out in the theater. Well anyway... this movie without need to tell you who the actor and actress are... is FUNNY SHIT. The movie swears in so many times, if its censored,  I think the whole movie will be mute. 100% good but strictly NO children when you watch this movie.

This time they hijacked a vessel full of cars. WOW... now you will see lots of KIA and Hyundai in SOMALI. The Pirates will be ask West Coast Customs to bling it up with 22 inch rims with spinners and customs paint job. Who knows... they might stop pirating and start selling cars. And BTW... over 2000 cars were on that vessel.

Been so much arguements in Malaysia about the use of  the word "ALLAH" in the Christian's news. Some argue they must use "TUHAN" in their circular. Some says "ALLAH" belong only to the "MUSLIMS" and only a true ISLAM can use the word. Here is something interesting. Please refer to our NEGARAKU song. Its mention the word "TUHAN" there. So whose tuhan? Christian? Chinese? Indian? Malay? It cannot be the Malay... the malays refer to their "TUHAN" as "ALLAH". So how now????

For me this is the BEST 2009 cartoon ever. Its good when you need a cheer up. The part of where they are stuck in a bone cage and everyone breath helium... the best part.

This is NOT the Disney one. Its more of a love story rather than an action movie. You kind of expect the same storyline as they say its a real thing that happen in China many years ago. However, you don't see the Cricket and the Dragon here in this movie. Kind of like the Dragon played by Eddie Murphy in the last one.

The shop is just under the Flat in Bayan Baru. And this place is the BEST PAN MEE. And Yes.... NO frills. Just order yourself by ticking what you want at the counter and sit and wait. Many customers and you sit under a tree and pray it don't rain. Many leaves will fall into your mee. So just keep your eye on the plate.

Who says you need a BBQ or a super Grill to have a great BBQ chicken? I did this in my 3 in 1 Microwave.Perfect!!!! My first time Kim Chi soup. Yummy... and spicy. How spicy???? Well let just say that if INDAH WATER find out.... they will double charge me. MEAT!!! to dip into the kimchi soup!!!

I start my day by having an early lunch at Pulau Tikus Chicken & Duck rice shop. After that we went praying at a Wat nearby there. The Wat was full of people and I took my amulets and gave the Monk for blessing. Light up a candle and wish and pray for a GREAT year.
