July 2010

Time passes so quickly this time around. Another 6 months to go and the culture in the office is still NOT there as planned yet. JKR culture still runs in office. I still finds that people are still NOT around at 9 or even 10 morning. How can we make this happen?

I have taken the initiative to make sure UV do not follow GM culture. But the look of things.... i think it will.

I still believe in doing things the traditional way. Talking and motivating the staff is the key essential of making sure they made it  to their desired income. NOT any scheme nor incentives will do the trick. I believe that having a single product will make it. I believe if you can be successful in one you can be successful in all. But my mind still wonders around the fact that by taking in more products, the concentration point is NOT going to be good. It is like cooking 1 dish at a time and cooking many dishes at one time. You end up having all the dishes fail.

My idea is simple and yet I have proven it many times. Hope to change them soon.

Half year GONE!!!!

OMG .... I just realise that the first half of the year is ending. Time fly so fast that NOW we don't even see how fast we are going and what have we actually accomplished . It's scary to know that as of end of June, we have only another 182 days left before we all closed the book on 2009.  So far what have I and the team of people actually achieved? That is the question where I find it very hard to answer. Well that is business wise.... but, in my family wise... well Alexander is growing up ...fast.  So this is a wake up call for myself. Stop messing around and move it.  We have 182 days left!!!!
